Cancellation Policy

ONE LIFE CONSULTING LLC Calvin Johnson | Deputy Chief (Ret.), Tampa Police Department VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Session Types Strategic Assessment: 45 min | 1-on-1 | Book 7+ days out Deep-Dive Consultation: 90 min | 1-on-1 | Book 10+ days out Group Strategy Session: 60–90 min | Up to 10 participants | Book 14+ days out Ongoing Advisory: Monthly sessions | Book 21+ days out Booking Payment: Full session fee is due at the time of booking. Intake Form: Must be completed and returned 48 hours before the session. Confirmation: Video link and session details are sent 24 hours prior. Cancellation Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. All times are Eastern. 48+ hours out: Full refund. 24–48 hours out: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: No refund. No-show: Full fee forfeited; no makeup session offered. Rescheduling 48+ hours out: One reschedule at no cost, subject to availability. 24–48 hours out: 25% rescheduling fee applies. Less th ONE LIFE CONSULTING LLC Calvin Johnson | Deputy Chief (Ret.), Tampa Police Department SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Booking Minimum Lead Time: 30 days prior to the event date. Deposit: 50% of the engagement fee is due at booking to secure the date. Balance: Remaining 50% is due no later than 7 days before the event. Agreement: A signed engagement agreement is required before the deposit is accepted. Cancellation Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. The date received determines the tier below. 30+ days out: Full refund. 15–29 days out: 50% refund. 7–14 days out: No refund; full balance still due. Less than 7 days: Full contract amount is due and payable. Rescheduling 30+ days out: One reschedule at no cost, subject to availability. 15–29 days out: 25% rescheduling fee applies. Less than 15 days: Rescheduling is not available; cancellation terms apply. A second reschedule request is treated as a cancellation. Travel & Expenses The booking organization is responsible for round-trip travel, lodging, meals, and parking unless otherwise stated in the signed agreement. Force Majeure Cancellations due to circumstances beyond either party's control are held as full credit toward a future date. Written notice is required within 48 hours of the event.
